On this day, personally appeared before me, PHILIP
G. NOI~RSE, who, being by me first duly sworn, dath depose
and say:
1. That in the assignment of mortgage by Philip G.
Nourse as Executor of the Estate of Marna I. Barr, deceased,
to Thomas James Barr as Trustee for the Thomas James Barr
Trust, recorded in Offici~l Record Book 165 at page 1997 of the
public records of Saint Lucie county, Florida, he inadvertently
included that certain mortgage recorded in Martgage Book 169
at page 131 of the publicrecords of Saint Lucie county, Florida
encumbering the following described land, to-wit: .

of Lot 11 of Block 4 of ST. JAMES
PARK SUBDIVISION as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 5 at page 58
of the publr records of Saint Lucie
