This Agreement made April 1968, by and between EARL
V. TURNER and ESTHER N~ TURNER, his wife, of Fort Pierce, Florida,
as parties of the first part, hereinafter referred to as OWNER; INDIAN
RIVER UNIFORM RENTAL, INC., a Florida corporation,as party of the
second part, and hereinafter referred to as I.ESSEE; and FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a U. S. Corporation,
as party of the third part and hereinafter referred to as MORTGAGEE;
WHEREAS, Owner by lease agreement dated December 9, 1966,
recorded in Official Record Book 162, page 309, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, did lease unto Lessee real property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 3, 4 and 5 of Block 4, of FORT PIERCE
AEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
- as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 39 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Less and
excepting the South 15 feet thereof for road right-
of-way.

t for a term of five years after that date, which agreement, among other F
things, made provision for renewal and granted unto Lessee an option to ~
purchase said real property on terms in said agreement more particularly ~
set forth; and
WHEREAS, Owner did subsequently on March 19, 1968, by mort-
gage deed of that date, mortgage said real property to Mortgagee for the
purpose of securing the promissory note of Owner to Mortgagee in the
4 amount of $30, 500.00, therein more particularly described, which mort-

~ gage deed is of record in O. R. Book 1?1, page 195 of the public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida; and '
