accordingly. If Lessee exercises the option to purchase and desires to
acquire title free and clear of the mortgage debt, Owner shall cause said
mortgage debt to be discharged and eatisfied of record at or before closing
the transfer of title.
4. Mortgagee does hereby recognize the r.ight of Lessee to
rectify any default that Owner may suffer or permit in the terms and
covenants in the mortgage deed and promissory note secured thereby.
5. Except as herein provided, the terms and conditions of the
lease agreement dated December 9, 1966 and the mortgage deed and pro-
missory note secured thereby dated March 19, 1968 remain in full force
and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, sucessors and assigns of the respective parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the natural parties hereto have hereunto
5 set their hands and seals and the corporate parties have caused these
presents to be executed in their corporate name by officers thereunto du2y
authorized, and their corporate seals to be affixed on this the day and year ~
