Beginning at a concrete monument at the intersection of
the West right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 1(State

Book l, at page 186 of the public reco~ds of St. Lucie
County, Florida, run West along the North Boundary Line
of said Lot 14 168.18 feet to a concrete monument at the
intersection of the North Boundary Line of said Lot 14
and the West Right-of-Way line of the Old Dixie Highway;
thence run South along the West Right-of-Way line of said
Old Dixie Highway 86.63 feet to a concrete monument for
the point of beginning; thence run south 84 degrees and 50
minutes West 125 feet to a concrete monument; thence run
South 13 degrees and 4 minutes East 99•5 feet to a concrete
monwnent; thence run North 89 degrees 18 minutes East i25
feet to a concrete monument on the West Right-of-Way line ~
of said Oi~ Dixie Highway; thence run Northwesterly along
the West Right-of-Vay Line of said Old Dixie Highway 86.63

~ Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
cov~rir?9s, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
dectared~to be a pa?t of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and alw together with
al) easemei~`s ~d the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred arid set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supplementa) Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of al) mort-
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured.
