the West right of way line of State Road #4 as shown on the aforesaid
plat and run Southeasterly alcng said right of way line 264. 84 feet to
a point; thence turn and run West 230. 35 feet to the point of beginning
of the tract hereinafter described; thence continue West 60 feet to a
point, thence turn and run South 150 feet to a point, thence turn and
run East 60 feet to a point, thence turn and run North 150 feet to the
point of beginning. (Being lot 5 of an unrecorded plat. ) Also an
Easement for Ingress and Egress over that part of the aforesaid
