9. To further aecure unto the ~ortgagee the
payaent of the aforesaid note and the psrforaance by '
the a~ort~sgor of all of his pro~ises and covsnants
herein aade~ the ~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over unto the mortgagee ali of the rents~
inco~ae and profits now or hersafter pertaining or
arising frow said property with full porer and right
unto the wortga~ee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided however~ that so long as the iortgagor shall
faithful~y keep and psrforw each and every of his
pro~ises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this ~ortgage and suffer
no default in connection thereMith, the ~ortgagee shall
alloM the sortQagor to collect and receive the same.
