Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Robert P. Nickell, who being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and
says: that he is the grantee in a certain warranty deed dated March 8, 1968,
filed March 28, 1968, in O. R. Book 171, page 342, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, which purports to convey Lot 29, Block 22,
Unit #3, Lakewood Park Subdivision, as per plat thereof dn fi.le in Plat Book
~ 10, at pages 63 and 64 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
by Harold J. Jones and Grace D. Jones, his wife, to Robert T. Nickell and
Jessie M. Nickell, his wife; and that in said deed of conveyance the middle
initial of Robert P. Nickell is erroneously set forth as "T" whereas, in
fact, said middle initial should be"P".
