AND the Mortqagor covenants with the l~ortgagee that the
l~ortgaqor is indefeasibly eeized of said land in fee sitnplet that the
Mortqaqor has qood riqht and lawlul authority to convoy said land a a
aforesaid= that the Mortqagor will make such further a~aurances to
perfect the fee aimple title to said land in the Mortgagee as may
reasonably be required; that tYn~ ~icrtqaqor hereby ~ully warranta the
title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all peraone whanecever; and that said land 18 free and clear of
all encumbrances.
PROVIDSD ALWAYS, that if said Mortgaqor shall pay unto said
Mortgagee the certain promissory note hereinafter subatantially copied
or identified, to-wit:
