said note and thie mortgaqe, or either, are not fully performed, complied
with and abided by, then the entire eum mentioned in said note, and
thie mortgage, or the entire balance unpaid thereon, ahall forthwith
or thereafter, at the option of the Mortqaqee, beccme and be due and
payable, anythinq in $aid note or herein to the contrary notwithatanding.
Failure by the l~lortgagee to exercise any of the riqhts or options herein
provided ehall not constitute a waiver of any riqhts or options under
said note or this mortqage accrued or thereafter accruinq.
