For and in consideration of the sum of Ten snd no/100 Dollars
(510.00) to the undersigned in hand pafd, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporation, a~d Navillus Development Corporation, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, P~ge 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, I9~^; a~d revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the offic~al
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con-
nectio~ with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under Gertain terms and conditions. Said property~
situated in St. Lucie County~ Florida, is described as f ollows:
Lot 17, Block 5, Coral Cove S/D as recorded in Plat Book 11,
Pages 3QA and 30B of the Publ~c Records of St. Luc~e County
Florida
