THIS INDENTURT, made this lst day of February,
1968, between L~WIS M. SCHOTT and MARCIA W. SCIiOTT, his
wife, of 778 Park Avenue, of the County of New York, State
of New York, grantors, and D. L. S. Co~poration, Tallahassee
Florida, a corporation exiating under the laws of Florida,
and having ita principal place of ~usin~ss in the county
of St. Lucie, and the state of Floxida, grantee, ~
WITNSSSETH, that said grantors, for and in consi-
deration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable considerations to said grantora in hand paid by
said grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby aclanowledged,
have granted, bargained and sold to the said grantees and
grantees' heirs and assigns forever, the following deacribed
land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit: -
An undivided interest in and to the following:
The South One-Half 1/2) of the Northwest
One Quarter (NW 1/~ of Section 1, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County,
c~ Florida.

SUBJECT to a mortgage of record now held by
the Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company,
originally in the amount of Eighty thousand
($80,000) Dollars.

; Being the sarae property conveyed to the grantor,
' Lewis M. Schott, by deed recorded in O.R. Book
169, page 539.
arantors further warrant that there are no unpaid bills or
money owing, due to any unrecorded mechanic liens for labor
or materials furnished to the property.
arantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
