Together with all buildings, impro~e~r?ents, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
~ on or placed. therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singie units or cen-

~ other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the fumishing of which by lessors
