at any time before the release and cancellatlon of this mortgage, but at no time shall this mortgage secure
advances o~ acoount of said original note together with such additional advanees in a sum in exceu of

incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book13$_, pages tL~=llaof the public reoe~ds of St.Lut_ia_Co~uni~, Florida.
In this instrument fhe singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mongage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, suaessors and assigns of ihe Mertgagor and Mortgagee.
