Condominium Aa of the Swtutes of t6e State of Florida, (Chaptrr 711,
Florida Statutes, 1965 EG Seq.) said descriptioa ia this conveyance includea,
but is not limited to, all appunenances to the condominium parcel above
described, including the limited rnmmon elements assigned thereto and

THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE
As security for the payment of the promissory note of which the following ia a c~py:

For Value Received, I, we or either of us promise w pay to the order of HOLIDAY OUT

as the holder hereof may designate in writing, the aum of Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty
mollara, which includes int,enat on the principal - amount loaned, payable in

In the event of prepayment, a deduction from t6e amount due on acaount of uneazned
interest shall be allowed.
It is agreed t6at time is of the easence of this contraa and that in the event of default in
payment of any installment for a period of thirty days the holder of this note may, at its option,
declare all the remaindrr of the said debt due and oollectible and any failure w exercise said
option shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise the same at any other time. In t6e
event of default in payment of this note and if the aame ia placed in the hazida of an attorney for
rnllection, I, we, or either of us agree to pay all cAats of collection, including a reasonable attorney'a
fee. In case payment shall not be made at maturity. the makers. sureties and endorsers jointly and
{ severally agree to any extensions or renewals without further notice, binding ouraelves for payment
thereof, as if no e~ctensions of time or forbearanct of payment had been made or granted. _
