AGREEMENT TO CANCEL LSASS
WAMSLEY, INC.,.a Florida corporation and Q. W. WAMSLSY, a

his wife, lessees, hereby mutually agree to cancel a certain lease
executed by them ~ly 12, 1966 and recorded in O. R. Book 150,
page 341 of the public r~~ords u~ ~L. T•+icie County. Florida
wherein the parties leased the following described property
situated iri St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Z"he North 165 feet of the SW~ of the NS'~ of Section 6,
Towriship 34 South, Range 40 East, lyinq West of New
200 foot R/W of U. S. #1 as per public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, toqether with the personal property
therein.
