~ C~ERK CIRCUIT COt~at the under~gned, MAULE INDOSTRIES, INC., a Florida
corporation, has executed and recorded certain claims of lien
in St. Lucie County, Florida aqainst the following real property:
Block A, WESR~n1IND, Unit One, according to plat
thereof filed in Plat Book 13, Paqe 30, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
That such clafns of lien were recorded on the lOth day
~of October, 1966 in Official Records Book 156, at Paqe 392, and
on the 7th day of November, 1966 in Official~I~cords Sook 158,
at Paqe 338, St. Lucie County Records, the amounts of such
claims beinq $27,,972.70 and $1306.78, respectively=
That the fee simple title above described and aqainst
which such claims of lien were filed is owned by Edgewater
Apartments of Fort Pierce, I~tc. ;
That pursuant to Florida Statutes, Seetion 84.241 (1).
said claims of lien were transferred to other security by bonds
dated August 25, 1967 and recorded in Official Records Hook
at Page ~ and Official Records Book 7 at
Page .
That for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars,
and other good and valuable considerations paid to the said
MAULE INDUSTRIES, INC., the said MAULS INDOSTRIES, INC. hereby
releases the foreqoinq described claims of lien and all liens,
lien rights, claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which it
has or might have against the above described premises and the
bonds transferrinq such liens to other security on account of
labor performed or material furnished for the constructfon of
i~aprovements thereon and it is acknawledqed that all labor aind
materials used by the undersigned in the erection of said im-
provements have been paid fo~ in full.
It is hereby acknowledqed and the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby authorized and
directed to canvel and diacharge the foreqoing described claims
of lien and bonds for transfer of lien to other security, and
; the principals, Trio Construction Company of Ft. Pierce, Inc.,
~ and A. Gaudio ~ Sons, Inc., and the surety, American Employers
° Insurance Company, of and on such bonds a~e re~eased and dis-
~ charqed.
