lien in St. Lucie Connty, Florida aqainat the follawinq described
real property:

plat thereof filed in Plat Book 13, Paqe 30,
Public Record~ of St. Lucie County. Florida=
That such claim o! lien was recorded on January 23, 1967
in Official Recorde Book 164, Paqe 839, St. Lucie County, Records,
the amount of such claim beinq $2123.79.
That the fee simple title above described and aqainst which
such claim of lien was file3 is owned by Edqewater Apartments of
Fort Pierca, Inc.;
That pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 84.241(1), said
claim of lien was transferred to other security by bond dated
Auqust 25, 1967 and revorded in Official Records Book /67 at
Paqe . .

That for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, and
other qood and valuable considerations paid to the said Richard's
Paint Irtfq. Co., Inc., the said Richard's Paint Mfq. Co., Inc.
