For Value Received, I, we or either of us promise to pay to the order of HOLIDAY OUT
` IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC., at Post Office Box 161, Stuart, Florida, or any other place
as the holder he f may designate in writing, the sum oE Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-
three & 27~0 Dollara, which includes intereat on the principal amount loaned, payable in
60 _ eq~l consecutive monthly installmenta of ; 77 . 05 eacb, and the first
installment to beoome payable on the 15th ~ September , 1967 , and

event of default in payment of this note and if the same ia placed in the 6anda of an atwrney for
collection, I, we, or either of us agree to pay all costs of oollection, including a reasonable attorney'a
fee. In case payment ahall not be made at maturity, the makers, sureties and endorsers joindy and
severally agree to any extensions or renewals wit6out further notice, binding ourselvea for payment
thereof, aa if no extensions of time or forbearancx of payment had been made or granted. ~
