THIS IND$NZVR$, Made this 19th day of April, 1968,
between JERRE J. HAFFISLD, as 8xecutor of the Sstate of
CORINNS E. CLYATT, deceased, Party of the First Part, and
LOMAX GW~THMSY, whose mailing address is Route 2, Box 3770,
Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, as Party of the Second Part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
Z'hat the said J$RR$ J. HAFFIELD, as Executor aforesaid,
having on the ll~h day of April, 1968, by Petition to the
Honorable Jack L. Rogers, Judge of the County Judge's Court
for St. Lucie County, Florida, requested an Order to sell the
hereinafter described real property to the Party of the Second
Part in pursuance of a deposit receipt agreement entered into
- by the Executor on February 28, 1968, with the Party of the
Second Part, wherein the consideration for said property was
agreed to be Zi~ISNTY ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($21,000.00) cash;
and whereas an Order was made by the above-named Judge of the

~ County Judge's Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the llth
~ day of April, 1966, ordering and approving the sale of the here-
inafter described property by the said Executor to the Party of
the Second Part.
NOW, ~iffitEFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of

~ United States of America in hand paid at and befo=e the ensealing

~ and delivering of these presents by the Party of the 8econd
