4 of J. I. 1~LIEl~!'S SUIDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85,
of the Public Records of St. iucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
PAIif~EL 1. Heginninq at the Southeast corner of said I,ot 4,
run West on the North rightrof-way of South Market I~ad 197.0 feet to
the Southwest corner of the Medlin tract as described in Deed Book 223,
page 397, for the place of beginninq; thence run North with the West
line of Medlin 165.0 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence run
west 1.0 feet to the Southwest corner of the Thornton tract as described
in Official Record Book 142, page 333; thence Nozth on the West line of
Thornton 165.0 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence on a line
parallel with the r:orth line of the South 430.0 feet of said Lot 4 run
West 132.0 feet, more or less, to tt~ West line of said Lot 4; thence
with said West lot line run South 165.0 feet, more or less, to the
Northwest corner of the Walls tract as described in Official Record
Book 57, page 269 (all deed references of the Public Iiecords of St.
Lucie County, Florida); thence East with the North line of Walls 75.0
feet to t2~e Northeast corner thereof; thence South with the East li.ne
~ of Walls 165.0 feet to the North rightrof-way of South Market RAad;
thence East with said riqhtrof-way line 58.0 feet, more or less, to
the Southwest corner of the Medlin tract and the place and point of
beginning.
PAR(:EL 2. The North 100.0 feet of the South 430 feet of
said Lot 4, said parcel herein intended to be conveyed lying iiamAediately
North of and adjacent to Parcel No. l, hereinabove described and also
imanediately North of and adjacent to the ~rnton tract as hereinabove
referred to, and extending to the Easterly line of said Lot 4, LESS APD
