maintencmoe amd upkeep hereby authorize cmd qive my (our) consent to the tollowing:
1. Whenever GENERAL 1~EVELOPMENT CJRPORA'PION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
the undersigned in writj,ng at the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable staie oi
appeur~ce amd repcrir consistent with the general appearance cmd state oI repair of oiher properties
within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,
etc., set lorth in said notice within 15 days after receipt oi same.
2, lI ihe undersigned shall iml or reiuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintencmce,
etc., within the prescribed time, GENERAL DFsVE1.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises !or the purpose oi doir~g
ihe necess~y worl~. Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yc~d maintencmce
to prevent ~ overgrown or untempt uppecucmce, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior o1
the building or buildings, situated on the premises in order to prevent an unsightly or unsate condition_
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about ~d accomplishing the work retened to in the notice, the under-
siqned agrees to make payment thereot within 10 days aiter demand. Provided, however, that demcmd
for payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses inc~rred.
4. ln ihe event that ttie unde~signed shall fail or reiu:,e to make payment oi the actual costs or
expenses incurred, then, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessors or assigns, may undertal~e eollection ot the sum which the undersigned is obligated to pay
hereunder, together with all costs o[ vollection including a reasonable attomey's tee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in tzdditicxi to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give
nolice that it has aequired a lien agadnst the subject properiy for sand amount ~d may We a Notice
of lien among the Public Records of the County in which the premises ~e situated.
This aqreement sha11 be binding upon my (our) heirs, suocessors or assigna caid shall be con-
strued as a covencmt running with the lcmd
