9. ,To further secure unto the wortgagee the ~
pay.ent of tha aforesaid note and the psrfor~eance by '
the eortgagor of~al2 of his promises and covenants
herein made~ the mortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits nox or h8reafter pertaining or
arising fror said property with full poMer and right
unto the ~ortgsgee to rece~ve and collect the same;
provided~ however~ that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfo~cs~ each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ the aortgagee shall
allor the ~aortgagor to co2lect and receive the same.
