SUBORDINATION AGP~:EMENT
I~TOW ALL MSN BY TF~.SE PRFSENTS THAT, HOjdARD M. HORTON,
JR. and ST. LUCIF. COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, Executors
of the Estate of Howard M. 8orton, deceased, and HOWARD M. -
80RTON, JR. and M1~2~TORIE D. HORTON, individually, tlie owners
and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby, executed by J. J. NICHOLASON and MARIAN J.
NIC80LASON, his wife, under date of December 11, 1957, re-
corded in Official Record Book 170, page 295, St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, encumbering real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
The North 25 feet of Zot 6 and all of I,ot 7,
Block 4, M. K. MOORE'S SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereaf on file in Plat Book 4, page 53,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At the request of said mortgagors and in considerat~on
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considera-
tions inuring to the undersiqned from FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PI$R~CE, do hereby subordinate the
lien and operation of said mortgage to the lien and operation
of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby
executed by the said mortgaqors to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE under date of January 4, 1968,
recorded in O. R. BOOK 170, at page 2941, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records, securing the swn of $8,000.00, and
encumbering the above described real property, in the same
manner and effect as if said mortgage had been dated and filed
i for public record prior to and in advance of the mortgage held
~ by the undersigned which is hereby subordinated.
