I, EVSLYN P. MANNES, beinq duly sworn within the State of Florida,
County of Dade, do hereby state:
1) I am the dauqhter of Harry Pearlstone, deceased= the same Aarry
Pearlstone named as qrantor in the deed of November 3, 1951, recor-
ded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed
Book 169 at Page 165, and he is the same person who held title
toqether with Ida Pearlstone.
2) Said Harry Pearlstone and said Ida Pearlstone were husband and
wife on January 7, 1947, and they remained iri that status continu-
ously until the date of Ida Pearlstone's death.
3) Said Harry Pearlstone remained a single man after the death of
his wife, Ida Pearlstone, until the date of his death.
4) Since December 22, 1949, I have been continuously married to
Murray Mannes.
5) Said Ida Pearlstone died leaving Harry Pearlstone, spouse,
Evelyn P. Mannes, daughter, and Mortimer Pearlstone, son, as her
sole and only surviving heirs, those being her only children, and
that no Will has ever been found or probated.
6) Lots 10 and 11, Block 13, PARADISE PARK, Plat Book 8, Page 17,
St. Lucie Cour~ty, Florida, were and still are vacant.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
