HomeMy WebLinkAbout1738 . ~ : - ~ 16~53`7 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PRESBYTERY OF EAST FLORIDA WHEREAS the Presbytery of East Florida at its annual meeting held in St. Cloud, Florida, on the 23rd day of January, 1968, did adopt a recommendation that the FIR,ST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, be allowed to sell its manse at a figure to be approved by the Board of Trustees of the Presbytery of East Florida; and WHEREAS the Session of the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE, at a duly constituted meeting, has approved of the sale of the manse of said church for a total purchase price of Twenty- six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($26, 500. 00) in cash on closing with a net realization of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25, 000. 00) to said FIR,ST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH; THEREFORE, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, it was: . . . . - N ~ RESOLVED that the following described property which is the. { ~ _ , . • ~ , , . , , manse of the FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE i~~-' ~ . j . e-- . . : • St. Lucie County, State of Florida: ' ~ _ , - - I : - ~ r ~ .
