be sold to JAMES L. PAXSON and JEAN PAXSON, his wife, at and for
a total purchase price of Twenty-six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($26, 500. 00) in cash on closing with a net realization by the FIRST
PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF FORT PIERCE of Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25, 000. 00). The Trustees of said FIR,ST PRESBYTERIAN
CHURCH are authorized to execute such documents, including a warranty
deed, as may be necessary in connection with the transaction.

of the Presbytery of East Florida, do certify that this is a true and
correct copy of the resolution adopted at a duly constituted meeting
of the said Board of Trustees of the Presbytery of East Florida held
on the day of April, 1968, in Stuart, Florida.
