Circuit Court Clerk in aad for said County on the 19tb day of September, 1960, in

or diminisb the validity, priority, or standing of said mortgage, or the claims
and liens thereunder, as to the remainder of the property described ia eaid mort-
gage herein8bave mentioned, regardless of who may awn same, or any part thereof;
and the said mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as to the remainder
of the premises conveyed in said mortgage and not herein specifically released.
