as Trustees for Edqewater Ranches, Inc. , a dfssolved Florida corporation,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by ED'JIE WIGGINS and
MILDRED WIGGINS, his wife, to j. W. DICKSON and REBA DICKSON his
wi£e, bearing date the 14th day of February, 1956, recorded in Mortgage
Book 127, page 357, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Saint Lucie County: State of Florida; given to secure the sum of Eight
Hundred Doliars ($8~0.00) evidenced by a certain promissory note upon
the followinq described property, situate, lying and being in Saint
Lucie County, State of Floricsa, to wit:
Lot 5~ of the Subdivision of the West five acres of the North
hatf (N 1/2) of the Southwest quarter {SW 1/4) of the Northeast
quarter (NE 1/4) of Sectioa Four, Township 35~ Range 40 East,
as recorded in the Public Records of Saint Lucie County~ Flocida.
have received fuli payment of said indebtedness, and do heTeby acknowledge
satfsfactfon of said mortgage, and hereby direct the ~Ierk of the Said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
