Gaillard, as Trustee, by Right of Way Deeds dated March 26, 1928 and recorded in Deed Book 78 at pages 571, 573 and 574, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right of way purposes only, without valuable consideration, the hereinafter de- scribed lands in said County, and WI~RBAS, said County has not used said lands for the construc- tion or maintenance of roads thereon and the adjoining lands are owned by ~dgar R. Bttown and Josephine Brown, his wife, who have made written demand that said rights of way be returned to them by quit-claim deed under the provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1967.
