9. To furthsr secure unto the wortgagee the

the nortgagor o~ all of his pro~ises aad coveaants
herein ~aade, tha aortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set ov~?r unto ths mortgagee all of the rents~
incose and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising fro~ said property with full power aad right
unto the ~ortga~ee to rece~ve and coliect the sas?e;
provided~ hoxever, that so long ss the mortgagor shall

promises and coveaants set forth in said notd and set
forth in all other portions of this a~ortgage and suffer
