A P P I D A V I T
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
MAUDE GRACE SHAFPNER, formerly MAUDB A. (~1CE, and upon being
duly sworn says that:
She is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, and has
resided in said County and State for more than forty (40) years;
That this Affiant is the surviving spouse of W. E. Grace, Sr.;
The said W. E. urace, Sr. died intestate on thel2th day of
February, 1942, and at the time of his death he was a resident of
St. L~cie County, Plorida.
The said W. E. Grace, Sr., left surviving him as his sole
heirs at law, the following persons:
This Affiant, his aurviving spouse; -
W. E. Grace, Jr., a Son;
James Averiett Grace, a Son.
There was no administration of the Estate of the said W. E.
Grace, Sr; that all debts, demands and claims of any nature what- ~
soever against said Estate having been fulLy paid and discharged.
~ The Estate of the said W. E. Grace, Sr., was amicably divided

~ between the above named heirs long prior to the date hereof.
