Barr Trust the owneY~ and holder of a certain mort~aqe deed executed
by Floyd W. Burket and Gladys V. Burket, his wife, to Marna I.
Barr bearing date the 2Sth day of October, A.D. 1965, recorded in
Official Record Book 129 at page 510 in the offiae of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
securing certain note ~n the principal sum of $6,000.00 Dollars '
and certain promfses and obliqations set forth in said mortgaqe
deed, upon the property si~uate in said State and County described
as follo~s, to-wit:

~ The purpose of *his instrua~ant is to acknowledge payment
