17HPRF~S, by the Act of Congress approved September 28, 1850, en-
titled "ln ict ta enable the State of ~rkansas and other states to re-
claim the ~sWanp landst within their limits," it is provided that all
the "swamp and overflc~?ed lands," made nnfit thereby for cultivation,
within the State of Florida, which remained unsold at the paasage of
ssid gct, shall be granted to said State; and
~9HEREIS, in pursuance of instructions from the General Land Office
of the IInited States, the several tracts or parcels of land hereinafter
described have been selected as "swa~np 8nd overflo~ed lands," inuring
to the said State under _the Act aforesaid, situated in the District ~f
