AGREEMENT FOR DEED

THIS AGREEMENT FOR DEED made this 3~ day of May, 1968,
by and between RIVERSIDE COMPANY, a Florida corporation, of the one
part, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and CHARL.IE BARRON, JR. and
MABEL E. BARRON, his wife, of 1308 North 24th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, of the second part, hereinafter referred to as Grantees,
WITNESSET:3; That if Grantee shall keep and perform the covenants
and agreements hereinafter set forth by them to be kept and performed,
Grantor agrees to convey to Grantees by good and sufficient warranty deed
of conveyance real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as follows, to wit:
Lots 1, 3, 5 and 7, Block 6, SUNNY ACRES SUB-
DIVISION as per piat ~hereof on file in Plat Book 8,
at page 25 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
subject only to such reservations, restrictions, covenants, liens, easements
and other encumbrances as may be common to the subdivision and now of re-
cord, and particularly to claims of lien for local improvements by any govern=

~ mental body, if any there be, and further subject to taxes subsequent to 1967,

s AND Grantees, in consideration of the foregoing.AGREEMENT FOR
DEED, do hereby covenants and agree with Grantor as follows:

1. To pay unto Grantor the sum of $6, 000.00 in the manner following:
$1, 000.00 upon the execution of this Agreement, the re-
~ ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, and
~ ` $5, 000. 00 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum frdm
~ ~ date in monthly installments of $80.00 each beginning
~ ~ ~ June 1, 1968 and continuing thereafter until the full
~ ~~x ~ $5, 000.00 with interest is fully paid, each installment
~ ~~M ~ ~ to be first applied to interest then accrued and the
~ balance on principal. If default be made in any in-
~ stallment when du~, ~iid euch default continues 30
~ o days, then, at the option of Grantor, the then entire
