FOR AND IN CONSIDSRATION OF ON$ DOLLAR ($1.00), And other
good and valuable consideaation, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, FORT PI$RCS PORT & TSRMINAL CO., a corporation, Grantor,
does hereby grant, bargain, se~l: and convey and release unto the FORT
PIERCE FARMS DRAINAG$ DISTRICT, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a
temporary easement in, over and upon the following described land
situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Bei~g a p~rcel of land lying in the South of STs~
of SS~ of Section 33, Townahip 34 South, Range 40 $ast;
the boundary of which is more particularly described
as follows:
From the Nw corner of the South ~ of SB~ of SE~ of said
Section 33, run S 89°59'36" E 172.32 feet; thence S 28°
23'35" E 170.65 feet to the point of beginning o~ eaid
parcel; thence continue S 28~23'35" S 399.24 feet;
thence run N 89°58'S0" w 197.72 feet; thence N 33~21'16"
W 270.93 feet; thence N 22~45'15" W 135.56 feets thence
S 89°59'36" E 209.40 feet to the point of beginning.
The bearings used in the aforesaid description refer
to the standard plane rectangular coordinate system for
the east zone of Florida.
. Said parcel contains 1.719 acres.
for the purpose of: soil disposition and placesaent in connection with
~ the construction neceesary to improve the Fort Pierce Farms Drafnage

~ District canal for the deposit, storage, placement and removal of

~ dzedged or excavated materials; and for the operation of all necessary
~
equipment and vehicles incident thereto, and the storage of equipment,
materials, vehicles and supplies. Al1 dredged or excavated materials
~ deposited, stored or placed upon the above ciescribed pr~perty shall be
leveled by the Grantee and shall become the property of the Grantor.
~ 1. Th3s temporary easement includes the right of ingress
~ and egress at any time over and upon the above described land of the

~ Grantor whi+e construction is in progress on the above described

~ improvements.

~ 2. There is reserved to the Grantor, its heirs and assigns,
~ the right and privilege to use the above described land of the Grantor
at any time, in any man~er and for any purpose not inconsiatent with
the full uae and enjoyment by the Gr~~e~~~ ~~~eore and assigns,
