TO HAVS AND TO HO~.D the aforesaid temporary easement in, over
and upon the above described land of the Grantor, with all the rights
and privileges thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, until auch rights and privileqes
herein granted shall become null and void after the completion and
acceptance of the construction hereinabove described, or within wo
