The bearings used in the aforesaid description refer to the standard plane rectangular coordinate system for the east zone of Florida. Said parcel contains 1.083 acres more or less. for the purpose of: for or in connection with construction, necessary to improve the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District Canal located on or adjacent to the above described land, such construction to include widening, deepening, realigning, or straightening, aoil placement and soil disposition; for or in connection with the operation, maintenance, and inspection of such canal and for the flowage of any waters in, over, upon or through such channel, and for the right of ingress and egress at any time over and upon the above described Iand of the Grantor by the Grantee or its asaigns. 1.
