3. There ia reserved to the Grantor, its heire and assigns,
the right and privilege to use the above described land of the Grantor
at any time, in any manner and for any purpose not inconsistent with
the full uae and enjoyment by the Grantee, its aucceseors and asaigns,
of the rights and privileges herein granted.
4. The Grantee is responsible for operating and maintaining
the above described works of imp~ov~nent.
5. Special Provisions: In the event no construction or
improvement of the channel of the presently existing canal located on
or adjacent to the above described land is begun by the FORT PISRCS
FARMS DRAINAGE DISTRICT within two Years of the date of this Permanent
~asement, the Permanent Sasement hereinabove conveyed ahall revert to
the Grantor herein.
TO HAVS AND TO HOI.D the aforesaid easement in, over and upon
the above described land of the Grantor, with all the rights, privileges
and appurtenances theret~ belonging or in anywise appertaining, unto
the Grantee, its succesaors and assigns, forever.
