Grantee, ita succesaors and assigns, a perpetual easement in, over
and upon the following described land aituate in the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Being a parcel of land lying in the Northeast
Quarter bf Section 16, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, St. Luc~e County, Florida; the
boundary of which is more particularly described
as follows:
