1. The consideration recited herein 8ha11 constitute pay-
ment in full for all damaqes Buetained by the Grantors by reaeon of the
conatruction of the w~orks of improvement described above.
2. This easenwnt includes the riqht of ingress at any time
over and upon the above described land of the Grantors by the Grantee
or its asaigns.
3. There ia reserved to the Grantors, their heira and assigna,
the right and privilege to use the above deacribed land of the Grantors
at any time, in any manner and for any purpose not inconsistent with
the full use and enjoyment by the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
of the rights and privileges herein granted.
4. The Grantee is responsible for operating and maintaining
the above described works of improvement.
5. Special Provisiones Any exieting dikes or ditches of
Grantors to be reetored to their present condition by Grantee after
canpletfon of conatruction.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the afo=esaid easement in, over and
' upon the above described land of the Grantors, with all the rights,

~ unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, fo=ever.
