S. To perform,comply with, and abide by each and every the stipulations,
agreements, conditions and covenants in said promissory note, and in this deed
set forth.
6. If any of said suros of money herein referred Lo be not promptly and
fully paid within thirty (30) days next after the sacne severally become due
and payable, or if each an~d every the stipulations, agreements, coaditions
and covenants of said promissory note and this deed, or either are not fully
performed, complied with.and abided by, the said aggregate sum mentioned in
said promissory note shall becaoe due aad payable forthwith or thereafter at
the option of the Mortgagee, its successors, Zegal representatives or assigns,
as fully and canpletely as if the said aggregate sum were originally stipulated
to be paid oa such day, anything in said promissory note or here3n to the
contrary notwithetanding.
7. If this mortgage is executed by only one person, then all plural nouns,
pronouns and verbs herein relating to more than one Mortgagor shall be construed
as singular nouas and pronouns of the appropriate gender and singular verb, it
being the intent and purpose hereof that this mortgage shall conform to the
circumstances as fully as if each change fran plural to singular of appropriate
gender was set forth in vriting herein. If this mortgage is executed by more
than one person, then the preceding sentence of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be construed as surplu$age and as being stricken.
8. This aoortgage, including the execution and acknowledgment thereof,
shall be const~ued uader the laws of the State of Florida.
