KNOW All ME~1 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corpotation under
the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Stephen W. Dearden and
Ann Joy Dearden, his wife~ dated February 6, 19 67 , and reoorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p~R. ~k 164 on page
1581 , securing the payment of the sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and no/100--------

covering property in the County of St. LuCie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim a!I right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
