STATE OF FLORIDA correcting that Release of Lien recorded in
O. R. Book 171 at Page 1255 of the Public
OOUM'Y OF SAIM' L11CIE Recorda of St. Lucie County. Florida.
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged ~ we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 19~9, by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporatfon~ and Navillus Development Corporatian, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Baok 78 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water-
Compa~y agreed to furnish water and perform other ttiings in con-
nection with the water installati~on in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as f ollows:
