3. That CAUSEWAY, for itself and its successors and assigns,
covenants and agrees to and with ASSOCIATION, its successors and
assigns, to f~
±hfully perform each and every covenant and obligation
by the mortga~or to be kept and performed as more particularly set
forth in covenants numbered one to eleven, both inclusive, with respect
to the indebtedness hereby evidenced and the property securing same,
all as are more particularly set forth in the hereinbefore described
mortgage deeds.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agree-
ment to be executed in their respective corporate names by officers duZy
