THIS INDENTURE, Made this day of May, A. D. 1968, _
between LINCOLN INVESTMENT ENTERPRISES, INC. , a Florida cor-
poration, party of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal
corporation of the State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the Sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
siderations to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by
these presents does grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right-of-way
over, upon and across the following described land, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

~ This easement is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the

a right-of-way and perpetual easement in and to said lands for drains, storm
sewers, utilities, sidewalks, sanitary sewers, and other public utilities
purposes; and the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the

~ title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
~ all persons whomsoever, claiming by, through or under party of the first
