court. Such payments of income or principal may be made to the parcnu of such minor or to Ihe person with whom the minor is

be(ore the age of twenty-one years, at his or her death the Successor Trustee shall deliver. pay over. transfer and dist~ibute the trust
property being heW (or such minor to said minor's personal rcprcsenlatives, absolutely.
2. 1 reserve unto mysetf the power and right to rnllect any rental or other income which may accrue trom the Irust property
and, in my sole discretion as trustee, eilher to accumulate such income as an addition to the irust sssets beina held hereunde~ or pay
such income to myselt as an individual.
3. I reserve unto myself the power and right at any ~ime during my lifetime to amend or revoke in whok or in part the trust
hereby created yvithout the neceuity of obtaining the consent of any bene6ciary and without giving notice to any beneficiary. The sak
or othe~ d'uposition by me of the whok or any part of the property held hereunder shall mnstitute as to such whok or part a
revocation of this trust. ~
4. The death during my lifelime, or in a common accident or disaster with me. of all of the beneficiaries designated hereunder
shall revoke such designation, and in the tormer event, i reserve lhe rigtiit to dsignate new beneficiaries. Should i for any reason fail
to daignate such new beneficiaries. this trust shall terminate upon my death and the trust property shall revert to my estate.
S. in the evcnt of my death or legal incapacity. I hereby nominate and appoint as Successor Trustee hereunder the beneficiary
fitst above named, unless such beneficiary be a minor or kgally incompetent1 in which event I hereby nominate and appoint as
Succasor Trustee hercunder the benefxiary whose name appears second above. If such beneficiary named second above shall be a
minor or kgally incompetenl. then I nominate and appoint as Succeuor Trustee hereunder:
