The Court also finds that the Plaintiff, at the time of ~i~~.ri
her petition, had been a resident of the State of Ohio for one yea
next preceding the same and was at that time a bona fide resident
of Franklin County, and had resided in Franklin County more than

as in said petition set forth, and that there is one child, Da:~ieli

~ DeVere, age 14, who is the natural child of the Plaintiff and leo-

~ ally adopted by the Defendant.
~ The Court further finds, upon the evidence adduced that the

~ Defendant r.as been guilty of gross neolect of duty and extreme ~
cruelty and that by reason thereof the Plaintiff is entitled to a ~

~ divorce as prayed for in her petition.

~ ~ It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court, s

~ ~ that the marriage contract heretofore existing bet~yeen the said ~

; Plaintiff and Defend~nt be, and the same r.ereby is, dissolved an~ ~
