TO SECUkE -
(1) the payment of a note executed by the Mongagor to the order of the Mortgagee bearing even date

incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138~ ~geS 115-11~ the public records of St.Luice_Count~orida.
In this instrument ihe singular shal) include ihe plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this morigage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
