THIS INDBNTURS dated the day of May, 1968, between '
WILLIAM D. WALSH, as Acbainistrator C. T. A. of the 8state of
WARRSN S. HIGGINS, deceased, party of the first part, and GARY S.
GYARMATHY, whose mailing address is 330 Melton Drf.ve, Fort Pierce,
Florida, party of the second part:

Said party of the first gart, WILLIAM D. WAISH, as Administra-
tor C. T. A. of the $state of WARRRN S. HIGGINS, deceased, on
the 25th day of April, 1968, by petition applied to the County
JUdge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to aell
the e$tate's interest in certain real estate in said county and
state hereinafter described, averring it is necessary ani expedient
to sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and
the prayer in a petition having appeared to and found by said Judge
to be reasonable and just and said petition true and the sale of
the property to the best interest of the estate, said court rendered
the Order dated the 25th day of April, 1968, directing said party
of the first part to sell the estate's interest in said real estate
at private sale, the said party of the first part having eontracted •
to sell the said real estate to the said party of the second part
for the sum of $6,300.00 cash, to be subject to the usual and
ordinary cost of sale, and said party of the first part having reported
sa~d contract to the said court, and said court being fully advised
in the premises, found that the price offered for said real estate
and the said contract fair and reasonable, and the conditione of such

sale auch as the interest of the estate~ by Order rendered the 25th
day of April, 1968, ratified said contract of sale of the real estate
as hereinafter set forth.
NO~W, T~RSFORE, its cor?sideration of the premisea and the siun
