RIGHT-OF- WAY DEED t THIS INDENTURE, Made this the ~ s~ day of April, A. D. 1968, be- tween FORT PIERCE PORT AND TERMINAL COMPANY, a Florida corpora- tion, party of the first part, and CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a municipal cor- poration of the State of Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1 ~ 00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- ledged, has granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors and assigns, an easement and right-of-way over, upon and across the following described land, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit; 25-Foot Easement described as follows: From the intersection of the East right of way line of the F, E, C, R. R. and the South right of way line of C- 25 Canal, run North 69°18'50" East 198.67 feet, thence r~~~~~Y North 85°48'S0" East 251, 33 feet for a point of beginning; SNR TAX thence south 15°11'40" East a distance of 600 feet, thence south 78°21'50" West a distance of 90 feet to the East i.SS right of way line of North 2nd Street, thence South 8°23' East along said East right of way line of North 2nd Street, r~ r,' a distance of 25.05 feet more or less, thence North ~Y° ~9`?. ?8°21~50" East a distance of 120.46 feet, thence North ~ 15°ll'40" West a distance of 625.30 feet more or less - to the South right of way line of C- 25; thence South 85~ ~ 48'S0" West a distance of 25.47 feet to the point of ~ ~ beginning. ~ This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the party of the second part, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way and easement storm sewers, in and to said lands for/ drains and drainage ditches; and in the event such use by second party be discontinued or abandoned, the hereby granted ~ easement shall automatically terminate; The grant of the within easement shall in no manner impair the use by ~ Fj F ~ i , s. ~i7~. ~~3i3 ~ t ~ . r.=;~ ~ - - - ~ T ~ ~
